What people are saying about our programs……

—————————————————————————————————————————————————-

"EMP provided our students the opportunity to connect with the natural world in the deepest and most
meaningful way of their semester in just a few short days. His passion, knowledge and approach to engaging
students made for a very powerful experience."

                                               - Sheamus Donnery, Teacher for Outward Bound Canada College -

We just wanted to send you a note of thanks for your coyote teaching this past week. We were both extremely
impressed by the professional, practical, and inspirational nature of the workshop. It was especially interesting to
learn about the philosophies on which the four days were founded.

Your workshop has inspired us to not only be better teachers, but better citizens of the world. We will continue
to work with your ideas, activities, and stories for many weeks, months, and years to come.”

                                  - Paul & Lindsay Newman, Participants from the March Break Teachers Retreat -

My experience at Empowering Ancient Ways really helped clarify the direction I want to take in my life. The awareness skills and sit spot exercise helped me acquire my summer job last year and reinvigorated my interest in pursuing post-graduate studies at university. The teaching and support given by Skeet, Chris, and the rest of the crew were incredible and really helps you strive for success. The bow drill was personally the most difficult skill that I succeeded in performing and gave me the greatest sense of accomplishment I’ve had as far back as I can remember.”
